Customer service is a big deal. You want to make sure that you have a great time and you need to be supported. I was recently the Serenade of the Seas and all employees were such that I supported from day one. Went everywhere, there was useful information, the staff assured that you were supported. If you have a question that the person you called could not answer, they research question and will certainly come back to you.
Dining room was wonderful. There are always more sites, if you choose hungry. The Windjammer Cafe is open for most of the day and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You also get options like Seaview Cafe, Solarium Bar, Chops Grille, Portofino, and room service. There is a small charge for meals at Chops Grille, Portofino, and the command of the late hour room service. You can avoid the charges from the Seaview Cafe. Some nights they were open to 5 clock in the morning. Reflections dining room was super. They had impeccable service and varied menu each evening. You have met the five-star meal every night.
Another reason to vote for Royal Caribbean is how they keep their storage vessel. I have never seen the ship in disarray. There is always someone cleaning, sweeping, dusting, wiping, disinfection of the vessel or community areas. The crew Serenade of the Seas holds the ship in very good condition, making it a pleasant experience because you will not do on the dirt.
